I joined Archway Myo in February 2023 on a part-time basis, and soon after, I transitioned to a full-time role. I've had many years working in an office setting, but nothing has been as fulfilling as witnessing the positive transformations in our clients at Archway Myo. Outside of work, you'll often find me camping with my spouse and son, knitting, crafting, or out doing photography.

Myofunctional Therapist, RDH

I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 8 years. I completed my Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy Certification in 2021 and began as a part-time therapist with Archway Myo in 2023. Helping people breathe better, sleep better and feel better is a passion of mine. In my spare time you can find me DIY'ing home projects, gardening, practicing yoga or snuggling up with my 2 cats Harry and Buddah with a good reality TV show. My husband and I love to travel and although we have many more destinations on our bucket list some of our most recent destinations have been British Columbia (my personal fav!) Hawaii and Costa Rica.

I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for over 10 years. My 2 little boys are the reason I have started training in Myofunctional Therapy - so I can help them have a better quality of life with improved breathing and sleep.

In my down time I like to cook, travel and spend time outdoors with my husband and sons.
